I've been on a bit of a dream theater kick lately, and their song - Peruvian Skies put this image in my head, so I got it down on the quick 
took about 40 minutes or so, all in photoshop, I was going to take it further, but I really didn't want to overdo it too much.
I think I've got the lighting pretty near spot on, and I'm happy with the rain, much more so than the snow in my last pic lol

I think it doesn't look like sky cause of the cloud shading, other then that you can fully understand the picture, looks like one of those horror movie shots... Nice picture still
